Internal
organization of the JWU
All committees of the JWU
are chosen by free
and democratic
elections starting with the managing committee of the branch, the general
conference, the central council and the executive committee. The general committee assembles annually while the conference assembles once every two years to elect its leadership committees and to approve the future plans of the coming two years.
